Esse foi um ensaio fotográfico muito divertido e relax. Julie e Wesley foram meus padrinhos de casamento e eu também fui deles...agora uma nova etapa de vida: A chegada da querida Amelie :) Nossa idéia era de almoçar no Restaurante dos Esquilos dentro da floresta da tijuca e de lá partirmos para o Parque Laje, mas o restaurante era um charme e acabamos clicando tudo por lá mesmo.....as fotos ficaram lindas e foi difícil escolher entre 70 fotos somente essas daqui....

Eles não entenderam como iria sair essa foto daqui de baixo, mas eu AMEI o resultado. Minha melhor foto de gestante até hoje!

Se faltasse essa o papai matava a fotografa e a mamãe.

Amelie, você ainda está aqui dentro e é tão amada.

Semana passada tive o prazer de fotografar os 15 anos de Carol, juntamente com meu amigo e grande fotografo Robson Freire (http://www.robsonfreire.com.br/) no LAMARTINE - Barra da Tijuca. A Carol é uma menina super simpática e o meu trabalho acabou saindo super natural.

A decoração estava linda e de super bom gosto.

Meu Deus quanto tempo que não nos encontramos por aqui...desde agosto de 2009. O tempo passa tão rápido. Parece que foi ontem a minha última postagem, mas o tempo não pára, não pára de correr....de lá para cá tanta coisa aconteceu: me alegrei, sofri, conheci muitos lugares, mudei de carro, casa e até mudei de volta para o Brasil.

As coisas parecem estar no mesmo lugar...só o tempo que não parou. Que bom que existe a fotografia para registrar o que ficou no passado, a fotografia que é capaz de registrar o que nunca mais se repete....Estou de volta para postar tudo aquilo que cliquei nos últimos meses.

This section was for 3 years old Aiden, but everybody seemed to take part in it.

He was a perfect model. Even with a hot day he did so good and he always had a smile or pose in front of my camera.

The Pippin family is so much fun that we had time for all members of this beautiful family to enjoy with us. Also, we had time for a little romantic break between shoots.

Asher’s session made me remember a beautiful poem. A child ready to be born asked God:   - People had said to me that I will be being sent to the Land… How I go to live there, I am small and don’t know how to defend myself?

As fotos do Asher me fizeram lembrar um lindo poema. Uma criança pronta para nascer perguntou a Deus: - Disseram-me que estarei sendo enviado a Terra... Como vou viver lá, sendo que sou pequeno e indefeso?  

God said:   - Between many angels, I chose two special ones for you. They will be waiting for you and they will take care of you.

Child:   - Please explain to me better. Here in the sky I do not make nothing beyond smiling and singing. I will be happy there?

E Deus disse: - Entre muitos anjos, escolhi dois especiais para você. Estarão lhe esperando e tomarão conta de você.  

Criança: - Mas me diga. Aqui no céu eu não faço nada além de sorrir e de cantar, o que é suficiente para que eu seja feliz. serei feliz lá?  

God:   - These angels will sing and smile for you… Each day, every moment, you will feel the love of your angels and you will be very happy.

Deus: -Seu anjo cantará e sorrirá para você... A cada dia, a cada instante, você sentirá o amor dos seus anjos e será muito feliz.  

Child:   - what can I do when do I feel homesick and to want to speak with you?

God:   Your angels will join your hands and they will teach you to pray.  

Criança: -E o que farei quando sentir saudade e quiser falar com você?  

Deus: -Seu anjo juntará suas mãos e lhe ensinará a orar.  

Child:   - But I will be always sad because I will not see you anymore!  

God:   Your angels always will talk about Me, they will teach the way you come to Me, and I will be always inside of you.   You will call your angels… MOM and DAD!

Rome is magnificent. Each neighborhood, park, street, church has so much character. Sometimes I had to stop just to try absorb everything in just one single picture. One entire life is not enough to know Rome well :)

Do you know the days when everything is going wrong? I was taking photos of Dimitri and Suline’s anniversary, after 20 minutes of photos it started to rain, almost like a hurricane was coming, the sky was very dark, we had to run to protect my equipment from the rain, we had strong wind, horrible lighting….but nevertheless the couple was perfect, pretty and very flexibility. I will never forget this couple, only we knew the madness that was this day, but in the end it was a very unforgettable work.

Sabe aqueles dias que é para tudo sair errado? Eu estava tirando as fotos de aniversário de casamento do Dimitri e Suline, após 20 minutos de fotos começou a chover, uma ventania constante, o céu muito nublado, o nosso corre-corre a todo momento para proteger meu equipamento da chuva, a preocupação de colocar o casal na posição contraria do vento, péssima iluminação….mas ao contrario que muitos podem pensar deu tudo certo, porque o casal era perfeito, lindo e com muita flexibilidade diante do cenário que foi se formando. Eu nunca irei esquecer esse casal, pois somente nós 3 sabemos a loucura que foi esse dia, mas no final foi um trabalho muito divertido e certamente inesquecível.

I would like to post some of my experience for the trip to the Northest Interior of Brazil. My journey to the Sertão (NE Brazil) was a unique experience in my life. I knew a new Brazil that I didn't know before. There is beauty and sadness in the same time.

Esse foi o trabalho do meu amigo Cadé Sadala (Windsor Barra) de decoração ou melhor dizendo: de verdadeira arte!

Como o escultor que apenas fez de um bloco a estátua....

Arte é assim...não se explica. Tem olhos que somente conseguem ver as grades, os entulhos,os blocos, porém outros olhos podem ver que tem muito mais além disso....

Arte de colocar todas cores juntas e ainda assim obter harmonia.

Arte de saber que cada detalhe vale à pena....

...e o resutado é sempre recompensador.

Me faz lembrar um pedacinho de um poema:

"Na alma do artista, alma que trina e arrulha,
Que adora e anseia, que deseja e ama,
Gera-se muita vez uma fagulha
Que explose e se abre numa grande chama."

Essa coisa de arte me deixou inspirada e leve...fiquei aqui pensando no maior Artista de todos os tempos: isso Ele mesmo! Que obra de arte foi ter criado cada um de nós :)

Quando olhamos para essa foto, pensamos que são dois modelos posando para alguma revista.

Some times appearances can deceive us. As vezes as aparências enganam. Olhando por um angulo melhor podemos ver que a razão dessas fotos tem uma razão muito melhor.
Alex and Lee, two different people....Alex e Lee duas pessoas diferentes....

...but the differences make life more fun! ....mas as diferenças fazem a vida ser mais divertida!The best of this is that now we will have a little of each this of these differences in the newest member of the family.

E o melhor disso é que agora teremos um pouquinho de cada uma dessas estarão no mais novo membro da família.

A lot of people think that during the wedding day the bride will have everyone organizing everything for her. It was a little different with this bride.

My husband bought a new camera lens, and I started to use it right away. Wisconsin is beautiful in the summertime, but not as beautiful as my nieces and nephews!

I started with two princesses, Emily and Rachel.
